is relaxing
has scenic view
has scenic view
fresh air
Hop on a train ride to HarbourFront MRT
Meet at the car park opposite HarbourFront at 8am
and off we are to walk-jog
start at Marang Trail (next to HarbourFront MRT)
to Alexandra HortPark
and back.
And gather for breakfast together
at Seah Imm Hawker Centre.
What a great start to 2009!

BL: Walking is a very good form of exercise. It is also a blessing to know that we can still walk - which meant we are healthy! Praise God. One day when most of us are retired from the secular world - we should come together more often for leisurely walk...and chit chat.
Lay: when retired...we look forward to daily morning walks, enjoy nature and follow by sipping of coffee and chit chat....a good healthy jump start of the day!
